Where does Legersole deliver?

We deliver throughout Pakistan. International delivery is not currently available through the website.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free across Pakistan.

How long will my order take?

Delivery generally takes four to five working days after order confirmation. Remote areas, holidays, weather and courier conditions can cause delays.

Which payment methods are available?

Orders are currently paid by Cash on Delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Call, WhatsApp or email us before the parcel leaves Faisalabad. The cancellation is complete when Legersole confirms it.

Can I return a discounted or customized pair?

Yes, provided you request the return within seven calendar days after delivery and the shoes meet all return conditions.

Can I exchange the size?

Yes. Size exchanges are allowed subject to inspection and stock availability. The customer normally pays the return delivery charge for a size exchange.

How will a COD refund be paid?

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash, normally initiated within seven working days after the return passes inspection.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

Contact us within seven calendar days of delivery and send clear photographs. Keep the shoes, box, tags and receipt. If the issue is verified, Legersole will arrange or reimburse reasonable return delivery charges and provide an appropriate remedy.

Legersole delivers footwear throughout Pakistan. Standard delivery is free on all orders placed through legersole.com.

Estimated delivery time

Orders are generally delivered within four to five working days after order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries to remote locations, or delays caused by weather, road conditions, public holidays, courier operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, may take longer.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to verify the order, delivery address or product details before dispatch. Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. An order may be delayed or cancelled if we cannot verify essential details.

Tracking and delivery attempts

Where tracking is available, it may be sent by Legersole or the courier. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the Cash on Delivery amount. The courier may contact you to coordinate delivery.

If delivery fails because the address or phone number is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the parcel is refused, the order may be returned to Legersole. Any later re-delivery is subject to confirmation and availability.

Check your parcel

Inspect the product promptly after delivery. If the parcel or shoes are damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us within seven calendar days and keep the product, box, tags and receipt. Photographs may be required to review the issue.

Delivery area

We currently deliver only within Pakistan. We do not offer international delivery through the website.

When contacting us

For an existing order, include your order number, name and telephone number. For a damaged, defective or incorrect product, include clear photographs of the shoes, box and delivery label where possible. Never send account passwords or unnecessary financial information.

Response target

We aim to acknowledge customer complaints within one working day and resolve them within seven working days. Complex return inspections, courier enquiries or circumstances outside our control may take longer, but we will keep you informed.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests relating to personal information, email info@legersole.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity before acting on a request.
