This Privacy Policy explains how Legersole collects, uses, stores and shares personal information when you visit legersole.com, place an order, create an account, post a review, subscribe to marketing or contact us. Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Information we collect

Contact and order information: name, email address, telephone number, billing or delivery address, ordered products, size, order value, delivery status, returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel may receive device, browsing and purchase-event information to measure campaigns and support relevant advertising. Marketing emails are sent using Shopify Email. You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email. Unsubscribing does not stop essential service communications about your orders or account.

Shopify Email and other communication providers;
Meta and TikTok for advertising measurement and marketing, subject to applicable settings and consent choices;

Shopify and international processing

Because Shopify and some service providers operate internationally, personal information may be processed or stored outside Pakistan. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our store and rely on Shopify’s platform safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information through public or unsecured channels.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by Legersole, subject to identity verification and any information we must retain for legal, security or transaction-record purposes. Customer reviews and photographs

Reviews and photographs submitted for publication may be visible publicly with the display name you provide. Do not include contact details, financial information or another person’s image or personal information unless you have permission to share it. Age requirement

The store is intended for customers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly invite children under 18 to create accounts or place orders. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.
