These Terms of Service govern your use of legersole.com and purchases from Legersole. By accessing the website, creating an account or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked or referred to in them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the store or place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and presentation

Legersole sells footwear including boots, loafers and Peshawari shoes. We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings and the characteristics of materials. Handcrafted products may have minor natural variations that are not defects.

Product descriptions, claims, sizing information and images form part of the information on which customers rely. If you receive an item materially different from the description or your confirmed order, contact us under the Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

3. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The price displayed at checkout is the product price for the order, subject to correction of an obvious error before delivery. Standard delivery in Pakistan is free. Promotions, discount codes and offers may have separate stated conditions and may be changed or ended for future orders.

4. Orders and Cash on Delivery

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may verify, accept, decline or cancel an order as explained in the Cash on Delivery & Cancellation Policy. Cash on Delivery is currently the available payment method, and the amount shown at checkout is payable when the courier delivers the parcel.

5. Shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds

The Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy form part of these Terms. Customer cancellation is available before the parcel leaves Faisalabad, subject to confirmation by Legersole. Eligible return requests must be made within seven calendar days after delivery.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or legal rights.

7. Reviews, photographs and other submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting or sending a review, photograph, comment or other material for publication, you grant Legersole a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format and use that content to operate, present and promote Legersole and its products. This licence continues for content already used or published unless removal is reasonably possible and agreed.

You confirm that your submission is honest, relates to your experience, does not infringe another person’s rights, and does not contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, confidential or malicious material. Do not upload another person’s image or information without permission. We may moderate, refuse or remove content that violates these Terms, while not being required to publish every submission.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the site at scale, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with store operations, or use the service for unlawful or rights-infringing activity.

9. Intellectual property

The Legersole name, branding, website presentation, original photographs, graphics, text and other store content are owned by or licensed to Legersole and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not commercially reproduce or exploit its content without permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The store relies on third-party services such as Shopify and couriers and may link to social platforms or other websites. Those services may be governed by separate terms and policies. Legersole is not responsible for unrelated third-party content or services outside its reasonable control.

11. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue website features or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, but we will not use this clause to avoid responsibilities for an accepted order or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Liability and consumer rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Legersole is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from the relevant transaction. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning defective products or deceptive representations.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that applies, disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the concern. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one working day and resolve them within seven working days.

14. General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. We may revise these Terms for future use of the store; the version posted when an order is submitted will govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
